The Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA) was responsible for improving the roadworthiness standards of vehicles through its licensing, testing and enforcement services.

Organisation-wide pay benchmarking
B3 Living rents and sells homes to help people in Hertfordshire who are priced out of the market. We have worked with them twice in recent years to benchmark the salaries of their roles.
We analysed roles using our job evaluation system and then reviewed pay levels using diverse data sources, taking account of B3 Living’s size, sector and location. Our resulting report provided insights on pay as well as on-call allowances and potential equal pay risks, enabling them to make informed decisions on fair and competitive compensation.
