Housing Association Reward Survey 2024: Reward strategy
Our final post highlights more of the findings from our recent Housing Association Reward Survey, focusing on reward strategy:
Pay benchmarking is still the prime focus of reward in 2024 (up from 41% in 2023).
Twice as many organisations are looking at incentive schemes than last year.
Fewer organisations are reviewing their pay structures – just 13% are considering this, down from 31% last year.
We found the findings on A.I. fascinating, given the huge potential to support and streamline reward activities and data processing. So far it seems to have passed participants by, but with tools like Microsoft Copilot coming through this year I expect a different picture when we run our survey again in December.
